Some programs and services ETB provides are:
- Provide educational classes/trainings + materials for different settings/situations
- Support groups for all types of areas that involve the LGBTQIA+ community and their families
- Work with the local health department to have clinic days for vaccinations/testing for various health concerns

- Work with the local health department to have clinic days for vaccinations/testing for various health concerns
- Community outreach to aid in other community resources, including but not limited to references for LGBTQIA+ friendly doctors, restaurants, safe spaces, etc.
- Hold larger "gatherings" (namely around the holidays) throughout the year in order to be inclusive and provide a safe space for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
